Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. The time frame for order delivery is divided in two parts:

1. Processing time for order verification, quality check and packaging. We do a final check on each vintage style, pack it in our super duper recycled GOAT Vintage packaging and it’s ready same day to 24 hours after order placement.
2. Shipping time – this is the time it takes from our studio to your destination. Domestic US orders can take between 3-15 days (depending on your selected USPS or courier choice at checkout), and international delivery usually takes about 10-30 days.

We offer shipping with USPS or UPS, to any countries serviced by these carriers:
• USPS (First Class Mail, First Class Package, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express)
• UPS (Standard, Ground, Worldwide Express, Next Day)

How about Returns?

We get that it doesn’t always work out with vintage fit or styles online! We accept returns received within 30 days of order delivery and provide a full item refund (excluding shipping). To return an item: 
1. Send us an email within 5 days of receiving your order at: info@goatvintage.com. Include your order # and return tracking # and we will reply with return instructions. Please ensure you purchase return shipping that provides a tracking number.
2. We process returns within 1-2 business days upon receipt back at our studio. At any time, contact us and we can update you on the status of your return.

We can provide Exchanges as well if you prefer to swap out another vintage style. Email us with the style you want, and provide a return tracking # so that we can reserve the style for you.
